I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare and Medicare Part B insurance plans. For other insurance plans, I encourage clients to ask their providers if they will consider reimbursement of monies paid that exceed their co-pays or deductibles. It is wise to do this prior to making your first appointment. Clients may request a monthly statement of services provided to file with their providers if allowed to do so.
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover cards, as well as debit cards, cash, and checks.

Written reports are $75.00 and must be paid prior to document release.
Counseling sessions for individuals are approximately 50 minutes in duration. Prior to the first session, clients are asked to complete several forms that are needed to help maintain their client file as well as to provide vital information for future treatment. That paperwork can be accessed on this website or in the office prior to the first visit. It is requested that if a client chooses to wait to complete paperwork until their first visit, that they arrive fifteen minutes early. This paperwork can be found in the reception area.
